IMPROVING STUDENTS’ ABILITY IN WRITING RECOUNT TEXT THROUGH MULTIMODAL LEARNING MANAGEMENT

This research is concerned with Improving Students’ Ability in Writing Recount Text through Multimodal Learning Management [MLM]. conducted by adopting qualitative and quantitative designs. Specifically, the researcher adopts experimental under design. The respondents of this are 64 students at Junior High School Sumbawa Academic Year 2020/2021. instrument used collecting data a questionnaire, test. results show that 1. Most more active enthusiastic during process teaching learning when media applied, 2. students’ writing score test increases after being taught multimodal management also have good responses toward process, 3. mean pre-test 68.72 post-test 86.22 class. Meanwhile, 63.75 76.03 control There significant increase student’s compared to Therefore, it concluded MLM can improve recount text.
